Is it just me or does anyone else feel it takes forever for a return to get processed? I know it's after the holidays and the returns must be higher than normal, but I'm going on three weeks and I haven't received notification yet on a couple of returns I made. Not only are we paying high S&H costs, but having to endure such inefficiency is inexcusible especially for a huge retailer such as QVC. The few returns I had to other large retailers (via mail) were processed within a week.
I've been a QVC customer for many, many years; I hate to admit it, but this company is tanking fast.
