Philosophy's In the Present - Thoughts?

I just received this product and am test driving it this week. I'm really not sure what I think of it. Is it a primer or a clear foundation (if so, what's the point?) It goes on very thick and the packaging says to let it set for a complete 2 minutes before applying makeup over it. Have you used this product? What do you think and how do you use it? TIA!!{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
