Philosophy EYE BELIEVE or Bare Escentuals FIRMING EYE TREATMENT??? Help me choose, please!

I do NOT like eye treatment products that "puff" up the skin to hide wrinkles. That said -- please help me choose between these 2 products. I want some fine lines smoothed out AND SOME UNDER EYE THICK SKIN (that is about a half inch under my bottom lash) to be less noticeable.

So -- Philosophy EYE BELIEVE or Bare Escentuals FIRMING EYE TREATMENT??? Help me choose, please!
