Personal microderm device owners ~

I purchased this device and after watching the demo this morning, I noticed that all the users were seeing dead skin laying on their arms and face where they used it. I am not seeing this at all. I am also wondering how much suction I should be feeling with this. It doesn't pull the skin out, but I am not sure if it is suppose to. I don't see much "dead skin" in the end cup either after use.

Do you think I may have a dud unit? What is your experience? Thanks for any help in advance.
