Palovia & PMD (personal microdermabrasion) - Help, Please!

Ok, beauty banter gals, I need some advice. I'm 55, and already use the pmd. Love it, but want to boost my routine. I just ordered the Palovia and it's still in process.

Do you think these two items can be used together, or is it overkill?

I'm figuring that the pmd sloughs off and polishes the skin, while the Palovia is just used exclusively on wrinkles.

Any thoughts? I really appreciate your input! Tia and Happy Friday!
