Been on this change of thinking about food for about a week now...I lost 4 lbs (need to lose about 25) and my blood glucose numbers are wonderful. Not a full blown diabetic..but doc thinks I need to start being more mindful about food. Anyway...I love this new way of thinking...feel better, getting healthy...the jeans are just an awesome extra!
