Olay skincare,anyone a fan?

I am so tired of spending the money I do on Philosophy and not seeing any changes at all in the least not that I expect skincare to make me look like Sharon Stone.I was in the hospital recently and commented on a nurses skin and she swore by Olay Regenerist.Any thoughts? Thanks.
