OT/ Girls I need your help ... with glasses .. Progressive Lens

I cant wear my contacts like I used to ... God I dont want to wear these glasses .. But If I want healthy eyes then I have no choice .

anyway I just got these progressive glasses and they are a little weird !

I can see but I have to hold my head up LOL for reading fine print... and my phone ..

ANY TIPS ON USING THESE TYPE OF GLASSES ???

Getting older kinda stinks !
