O/T Outrageously slow processing

Has anyone else noticed the Q is having outrageously slow shipping of late? I decided to cancel an item because it was taking so long in the "processing" stage.....out of protest. It shouldn't take 5 days in processing, the money for the item already being electronically in the Q's pocket, and still no shipping. Hoping the Q gets the message and improves soon!
