NuFace users please help

I have been using the NuFace for about a week and while I know things take time, when did or did you ever see results? Some reviews say right away, others say 90 days some say never. Is the return policy on the Nuface 30, 60 or 90 days? Just want to know in case I need to send it back. I was thinking they gave you an extended period over the usual 30 day return policy. I don't see anything different even right after I use it.
