NuFace such a disappointment !!!

I ordered the NuFace and couldn't wait to get it and start using it. I should have gone online and done some research first. Within one week it broke ...flashing light that wouldn't turn off and it was unable to hold a charge. Has anyone found a similar product that works and is well made ???
