NuFace..how long before you see a difference?

I have been using the NuFace for about a week and while I know things take time, when did or did you ever see results? Some reviews say right away, others say 90 days some say never. Is the return policy on the Nuface 30, 60 or 90 days? Just want to know in case I need to it back. I don't see anything different even right after I use it.
