New Bare Mineral Brush Set OTO?

I missed the initial presentation on this brush set. Does anyone know if the brushes are a different texture than the ones that come with the sets, like the Flawless Foundation Brush. That brush scratches my face. I ordered them figuring I could cancel them since it was a OTO and there was only 5 minutes left on the show.
