Need help holding Perfect Formula Applicator, Arthritis/Carpal tunnel

I finally relented and tried the PF TSV yesterday but I could not get a hold of the top. It doesn't fit any of my adaptive devices, dropped the thing on my clothing several times and got 2 fingers that looked okay (the other awful 8 are pale enough not to be obvious).

I am going to have to commit a "crime" and return it if I can't find a way to hold it. Any ideas? I have lived with these challenges for decades and tried everything I have been taught by some really good hand therapists and lots of my own problem solving skills.

Does PF even know their environmentally correct top/applicator poses these challenges to an aging America?
