Need Help Finding a Simple Rotine for My Skin Right Now.

My skin right now is a mess I have some blackheads some milia, dry skin, and of course my sunspots. I have been trying so many diff products include Retinol pads, alpha hydroxy products, argon oil, etc. And my skin looks worse then ever. I am willing to go back to basics just to get my skin back to normal. Any suggestions for a gentle system that will be good for me. Thanks so much as I am getting very depressed looking in the mirror. :-(
