Nailtiques formula 2 users

Question for all you ladies who use Nailtiques formula 2 which is supposed to help with soft peeling nails. I've used another nail protein builder by Barielle in the past and want to give this Nailtiques a try.

The instructions say to apply one coat per day. How often do you remove it and start the process over? Thanks!
