ModernEyes Liner vs. SmolderEyes Liner

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between ModernEyes Eyeliner and SmolderEyes Eyeliner? The ModernEyes eyeliner irritates my eyes.

I want to try SmolderEyes but am not convinced that that won't irritate my eyes either.

I do wear contact lenses.

I've had success with PurMinerals and BE liners but really want to try something with a little more staying power for the inner rims.
