Mally Mascara & Shadow Sticks

Mally's mascara doesn't work AT ALL for my lashes. My lashes don't stay curled with it; it makes my lashes completely droopy and clumpy. Does anyone else have this problem? Also, I found her shadow sticks to disappear off of my eye lid. Anyone else??
