Luminess air makeup

The spray on foundation. I am watching a infomercial about ti and I wonder a few things - first - why doesn't it get in their hair(some even have bangs when they are applying it) and why doesn't it get into their eyebrows and on their lashes. I also wonder if it doesn't clog up the applicator tool after it dries in there. Has anyone tried this product? What were your results?
