Looking on info on how to lose weight and keep face and neck looking good?

After my father passed away almost a 1 1/2 years ago, I was very depressed and gained about 35 pounds. I started trying to improve my eating habits about 2 months ago and am slowly loosing. My question is this. How can I loose weight and keep my face and neck from looking bad?

So far, I came up with making sure I get at least 60 grams of protein a day and trying to eat salmon & green veggies for dinner a few times a week.

Weight loss tips are also welcome. {#emotions_dlg.blush}

I'm going to jump on my treadmill now and check back in a little later.
