Loccitane ADs

I was wondering if anyone elses Loccitane ADs were canceled? I had the shea Fantastique 8pc. and the Shea magnifique 6pc. My ads were due then they went into backorder. After waiting several weeks they canceled my order for the shipments and the rest of the future ADs too. Thanks in advance.
