Watching Comandeer in Heels tonight on OWN--about execs Leslie Blodgett and Dylan Lauren, I learned that Leslie sold the company to Shiseido a few years ago. She has stayed on, of course, giving up her role as CEO, and now serving as Executive Chair and member of the board of directors.

I would recommend watching the show to see the 2 women in action.

BTW, can anyone tell me the difference between Bare Escentuals and Bare Minerals?
