Laura's concealer... real deal ...comments please

I am debating purchasing this concealer, I don't want to waste more money. The reviews are pretty good but their are some comments on trouble with it caking. I don't have dark circles but I do have shadows on either side of the nose. Does it last all day and does it cake or do the reviewers use too much? TIA
