Is there a clear circular sticker that seals the lid to the jar?

I ordered one off ebay(since Q didn't have the bronze 4oz) and the sticker is loose and you can tell the glue from the sticker smeared on the lid. Not horrible bad but enough to think it's been opened. It was from a seller with 100%positive feedback and 54,000 stars. Stated it was unboxed/unsealed but in condition stated its New, Unused ,Unopened, Undamaged.If sticker seal was smeared and easy to open lid then it was opened i'm assuming. Seller said she was not aware of clear sticker seals.

Also do you have to prime the pump alot on the 4 oz bottles? It came up within first 2 pumps. I know with my 2 oz it took forever to get the spackle up.
