I always had great hair but now at 57 with Lupus and RA and other ailments the hair has thinned in the front. It grows like a weed so I grew out my super short hair for 1 year and its now down to my shoulder.I have to use velcro rollers or it has no volume and I think that they are contributing to the thinning.Do you think thin hair is better off short? I don't want to make a mistake but do not want anymore thinning in the front.Been on biotin for 12 years or so and thats what helps it to grow but not with the thinner areas.TIA
