LOVE MY WEN BUT MY SCALP IS DRYING OUT PLEASE HELP

I have been using Wen for about 8 months now. After using the tea tree religiously for about 4 months my scalp became so flakey I had to start using an anti dandruff shampoo. I am now moving to the Lavender in hopes that my scalp will become less dry. Has this happened to anyone else, does anyone have any suggestions. My hair feel great with WEN so I would love to keep it!
