You out there, Patti67? They are sending me a replacement without me having to return the original bottle AND they allowed me to request a different scent so I got CMB! YAY! They are also sending me a replacement spritz pump for the PG one that died. I also asked them if the extreme heat affects the products and she said they do testing for extreme heat and cold exposure and it should not affect the smell/performance of the product once it cools down to room temperature.
ALSO, she said the reason one of my shipments came FedEx SmartPost and the other one directly from FedEx was because they have been doing inventory and some of the orders were delayed (so many of you have said so!) that they upgraded some of the orders to make up for the lost time in processing. The rep I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful so they are on my good list for the time being.
