Just got my blush I ordered , but,

I just got my Erethrall Rose/ Orchid blush I ordered, it came via UPS. The blush came with out a box, just wrapped in bubble wrap. The baked powder does looked used.

Paid close to $40.00 for this one item, wonder if it is OK to use??, Will think about it for a day or two and see if I will keep or return for a boxed item.
