Is it OK to use the Lightstim on your neck?

I received my Lightstim today and the instructions are really have more warnings than instruction which is why I'm coming to this forum for help... Can you use the LightStim on your neck? Do you need to avoid the bone in front of your neck like you do with the NuFace?
