She was talking to some vendor (can't remember who!) who had all 5 star perfect reviews on their product. I don't even think it was a beauty product. She said they are happy with 3 star average on beauty products because it was so hard to get agreement on them.

I found that really interesting, and I keep it in mind when looking at beauty product reviews.
