InStyler?

I was never very good at using a flat iron. My hair does pretty good on hot rollers but I can't get the look in front that I want. I have an angled bob and I like the front to be smooth and straight. I now can get that look with the Instyler.

When I don't use the InStyler my hair will stay looking clean for several days. But when I use the InStyler my hair looks dirty the next day. Does anyone know the reason? I don't even have to redo my hair the next day but it seems heavy, if that makes any sense.
