I hate when this happens

I hate when QVC changes the date on my auto delivery and doesn't notify me! I know this is not a Wen specific isses, but it has happened to my Wen AD of TSV. It's bad enough everyone (not just insiders) were able to order the Green Tea earlier than we were sent our kits. How come they just can't send us an email?? Sorry ladies, I just had to vent!
