I go through my Southwest Airlines portal so I can get Rapid Rewards points, so yes, I know I can just call. I have been trying off and on since 6 am this morning. I get to the screen where you chose your method of payment, click continue, and then just keep getting the message that QVC.com is currently unavailable.

There might be a problem with your browser.  Maybe an update screwed things up.  Try a different brower like Mozilla Firefox.

She said she wanted to earn her rewards points, that's why.  You don't earn your points if you order via phone.

I asked QVC Chat, and they said they have been having website problems for days now, but techies were working on it.
