How do you use the oils?

I have lots of bottles of oils from last year. I guess I'm not sure how to use them correctly. Do you saturate your hair and wash out in the am? Or do you just put just a touch on the ends? I have baby fine hair but a lot of it. What is the best way to use the oils? Thanks, Sandy
