Help with Josie Maran site

Can anyone help? I ordered from JM site using the coupon code and bought a body cream using paypal. I notice it said if using paypal, don't use back browser etc. as the sale won't register. I did it correctly. It did show up on Paypal but I notice that when I log in to Josie's site, it says I didn't order anything! Does it take a while to show up on her site? I e mailed CS but they haven't responded as of yet.
