Head and Shoulders Shampoo for face wash

I was watching the Today Show with Hoda and the camera man said he suffers from Rosacea. His dermatologist told him to wash his face with Head and Shoulders shampoo. Has anyone else ever heard of doing this. I also suffer from Rosacea and have tried all of the prescription medications without any luck. They were all topical meds. I do not want to try the pills.
