HELP!! I can't seem to keep my foundation on :(

I'm so frustrated...I went and bought the Teint Idole 24 hr and it stayed on for about...2-3 hours by hour 4 it was GONE! I've tried so many foundations, Tarte, Lancome, Philosophy Supernatural Canvas ( which i LOVE but it won't last) Maybelline Fit Me, Revlon Colorstay, etc. to name a few.

I used the following primers but didn't notice too much of a difference in staying power; BAre Minerals, Tarte,Borghese, I got Lancome's with my purchase and will try this next...

I'm using Tarte HD finishing powder to set and have also tried Urban Decay Up all night ( the one for oily skin) and Model in a Bottle, which i liked but it kinda irritated my eyes --and STILL - nothing stays on!!!

My skin is in the normal to oily and sometimes breakout prone, so I don't get it...i'm not a oil slick for it to fall off - what gives? I just want to cover some slight pigmentation and broken capillaries - PLEASE HELP ME - what am I doing/using that is wrong???
