Goodbye $20 oils?

So, is the reason Wen came out with the more expensive, reformulated, $48 oils because they are discontinuing the $20 ones? I thought I remembered Chaz saying that he can't make the origional $20 ones anymore because of the jojoba oil so he had to "turbo charge" them with more ingredients. I've tried the $48 ones, and they are terrific! But are the $20 ones going away completely? There are only three favors being offered online, so is that a yes, goodbye $20 oils?
