Geller - Double (jumbo) Highlighter Questions

I keep thinking I want to try this…..however I have combo/oily (shiny ) skin

How or where would I use this? On my upper cheek bones? Corners of eyes?

Where else do you use this and how do you like it? Would love to hear feedback.

Right now I use Laura’s Wonder Wand…..
