Fedex says "Damaged. Unable to deliver package"

I've been tracking my package since it last dallas and it was supposed to be delivered today. But this morning when I checked fedex it says the package was damaged and it can't be delivered. I had ordered 3 AG handwashes during the sale (along with some fresh cream and a tube of kiss of hope). I guess I'll be calling Philosophy when they open. I just hope it's not another 10 days before I can get replacements.

Has anyone else had this happen to items in transit?
