I just had an interesting go- round with this shopping channel regarding returns. I got charged to return an item that I already paid to return. So I spent almost $10 to return it and got a rip roaring 32 cents back on my method of payment. The item was under $20 to begin with. So---------no more dealing with them. What a rip off!!!
