Dry Lines?

Is it possible to get dry lines? I notice when I put things on my face to dry out my oily face that I get dry lines I think? Is there a really good hydrator for my oily face? Without a bunch of chemicals and that absorbs? What ingredients do I look for? I have issues with clogged pores so can't use things that will clog pores. Please help?????
