I know there are some Supersmile fans here who like Dr. Smigel.  He passed away yesterday at the age of 92.

@Stargazer77, thank you for post this and the article, which was interesting.  He had quite a career in Dentistry, as he stopped practicing just two years ago.  He developed some amazing techniques, products and had quite an A List of celebrity patients. 

I did like Dr. Smigel & his Super Smile products.  I remember that Lisa Mason was friends with him and after she left the Q she became (for a while) Dr. Smigel's spokesperson.

I doubt that Dr. Smigel's family and friends will read this post/thread, however:

My thoughts are with Dr. Smigel's family and friends.

So sorry to hear this... I LOVE his toothpaste. He was an amazing dentist and a very kind man. Prayers are being said for his family...
