Does Arnica Cream Work?

Hi beauties,

I'm seriously considering some Restylane filler in the tear troughs under my eyes. I normally get minimal bruising when I get Botox injections but am concerned I may have bruising in the delicate area under the eyes.

I'm wondering if anyone would share their opinion on Arnica cream - does it work and if so, how long does it take to clear up the bruising vs. using nothing?
