Me too. Could I ask what exactly is suppose to happen by doing this?? Just need to know what I should be noticing.

I am a stickler for the mascara rule, but honestly, not much else. I occasionally go through all my stuff (including stash) and toss stuff. I probably do this every 2 months or so. I will end up tossing stuff that's old b/c it just doesn't work anymore, not that I'm sticking to the rules. I know that may sound gross, but for instance, I just found a Revlon Color Stay eyeliner in my stash. I know that this liner works well for me, but I hadn't used the liner, in, say, 6 months or so. And probably then only once or twice. I tried it just the other day and it had dried up. So it was tossed, of course.
