Can Someone Please Explain All These Different Oils To Me?

I have Perricone's Chia Oil, Josie's Argan Oil, and Kiehl's Midnight Discovery Serum (which seems like an oil to me) and I have no idea why I have them. Are all these oils supposed to make my skin perfect? I see Tarte has Maracuja oil. With all these oils, it is getting very confusing.

Also, what order am I supposed to be using an oil? Is it before or after a serum? Is it before or after a moisturizer (or is it in place of my moisturizer)? {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
