Calling all hairdressers! Help! Bleached Hair breakage!

I have been bleaching my hair for months with no problems until today. The stylist applied the bleach to the front of my hair first and thus it ended up staying on too long (so the back would come up light enough) and the front of my hair is totally breaking off.

I read on line that using a conditioner will only make it softer (and worse). But I am wondering if Wen is okay to use? I have used it faithfully for the whole time I have bleached my hair and it really helped with the frizz and dryness.

Do I need to go to a salon for a protein repair treatment? Please help. I actually send an email in to the Wen website to see if they will reply, but I doubt I will hear back.

I guess I should just leave it alone for a day or so vs trying to apply anything else right now?

Any suggestions from hairdressers are greatly appreciated! {#emotions_dlg.sad}
