Bronzing MV?

I'm interested but had a few questions. I'm medium beige and do not wear rinsed often. When I do, I only apply across the tops of my cheeks and forehead (where sun hits). It sounds like people use this bronzing veil all over rather than like a bronzer. Is this right? It seems like it would make you look as though you used a foundation that was a shade too dark (?) but maybe I'm wrong. Please let me know your thoughts on this product. I do not do well with dimethicone, talc or bismuth and seeig that the Bronzing MV has none of those ingredients; I'm very hopeful that it can work for me!!
