Broken blood vessel ???

Have any of you ever had or dealt with a broken blood vessel on your lip? I'm guessing that's what I have. It's blue, hurts, and has been around for a few months. I have tried exfoliating my lips but that doesn't help. Any suggestions other than dark lipstick? {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
