Botox & Filler Users: How much in advance of an event should fillers and Botox be done?

My friend has an event in July, and she is considering getting fillers or botox, but she doesn't know when she should actually get them.

How long does it take fillers and botox to reach their peak performance? How much time in advance should she get fillers and/or botox done?
